Product Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
Products that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or tampering are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
Returns are not accepted.
All product sales are final.
Product Pickup & Abandonment Policy
All products purchased from Kinga’s Organic Medi Spa must be collected in person at the spa location. Customers are required to pick up purchased merchandise within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of purchase. Items not collected within this period will be considered abandoned.
Once deemed abandoned:
The merchandise will be forfeited
Any amounts paid will be non-refundable
Kinga’s Organic Medi Spa will have no further obligation to store, retain, or compensate for the unclaimed items
Services Policy
If you have a concern or complaint regarding a service, please contact us directly so we may review the matter.
All service sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on used or unused appointments, including:
Individual services
Prepaid services
Service packages or series
This policy applies regardless of whether the service has been partially or fully used.
Prepaid Services
Prepaid services, whether purchased individually or as part of a package, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Gift Certificates & Gift Cards
Gift certificates and gift cards may be purchased in spa or online. They may be redeemed for the specified service or applied toward other products and services offered at the spa.
Please note:
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
Purchased gift cards do not expire
Promotional gift cards issued as part of marketing promotions do expire
Promotional gift cards cannot be combined with discounted services, products, or packages
All gift certificate and gift card sales are final.
Online Purchases
Kinga’s Organic Medi Spa does not offer shipping or delivery services.
All online purchases are final sale and must be collected in person in accordance with the Product Pickup & Abandonment Policy above.
